MidCoast Minesweeper provides dog waste removal on a recurring or one-time basis in our service area: Durham, Pownal, Freeport, North Yarmouth, Yarmouth, New Gloucester, Lisbon, Lisbon Falls, Brunswick, Topsham, Gray, Falmouth, Auburn, Lewiston, and Harpswell. Not listed? Reach out — we may still accommodate you. Frequency and scope are agreed at booking and adjustable with notice.

You authorize us to access your yard on scheduled service days, whether or not you're home. Keep gates unlocked and provide access instructions in advance. If we can't access your property, we'll notify you and reschedule.

Secure all animals indoors or in a separate area during visits unless otherwise arranged. We are not liable for incidents involving unsecured animals.

Service may be delayed due to severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or circumstances outside our control. We'll notify you of changes and reschedule promptly.

Payment is due per the terms agreed at booking (e.g., per visit, monthly). Late or missed payments may result in a service pause until the account is current.

Cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no mid-cycle pauses or partial refunds.

We are not liable for pre-existing lawn damage, landscaping issues, or conditions unrelated to our service, nor for damage from unsecured pets, undisclosed hazards, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may photograph completed work (yards only, no private identifiers) for marketing use. Prefer we skip your property? Just let us know.

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
